Welcome Back Bash

Thursday, September 3, 2026 | 1:00–3:30 p.m. | Assisi Courtyard on Viterbo University’s campus.

(Rain site: Mathy Center.)

We recommend organizations bring a small canopy, awning, or umbrella to help protect on a hopefully sunny day in the courtyard!
Viterbo University will provide 8’ tables (either as half or full tables). Each table will have 2 chairs set up. Please plan to bring additional chairs as needed.
A representative must be present at your table for the entire event (1:00pm-3:30pm), and your table must include some type of attractive display. Set up starts at 12pm.
- We also encourage you to provide some type of small giveaway in order to draw more students to your table.
Participating organizations are encouraged to submit a raffle prize to be used at the Welcome Back Bash to help draw attendance and participation throughout. Raffle items can be dropped off at the Mathy Center a few days in advance, or brought to the raffle table the day of the event.

A week prior, you will be sent an email with the information that you need for the day of the event, including parking and set-up. Please don't hesitate to reach out to Corey Stilwell ([email protected]) or Bridget Baumeister ([email protected]) with any questions or concerns!
